From Samaná town, head southwest on Avenida Libertad towards Calle 27 de Febrero. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with the Carretera Samaná - Las Terrenas. Turn left onto this road. Follow the Carretera Samaná - Las Terrenas for approximately 25 km until you see signs for Salto de Yanigua. Turn left onto the access road marked for the waterfall. This road is unpaved and can be bumpy, so drive carefully. After about 2 km, you will arrive at the entrance to Salto de Yanigua, which may have a small parking fee (approximately 100 DOP).

From Samaná town, head to the main bus terminal (Parada de guaguas) located near the Malecón. Look for a guagua (minibus) heading towards Las Terrenas. The fare is typically around 75 DOP.
