• Car

Follow Route 7 for approximately 30 kilometers until you arrive in Sabana de la Mar. Once you reach Sabana de la Mar, follow local signs to Los Haitises National Park. Punta Arena Beach is located within the park, specifically at coordinates 19.0934° N, -69.4793° W. There may be a small entrance fee for the park, so be prepared for that.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Punta Arena Beach using public transportation, first take a guagua (shared minibus) from Samaná to Sabana de la Mar. Guaguas regularly depart from the main terminal in Samaná.
