If you are driving, start from San Juan de la Maguana. Head west on Calle 1 toward Calle 2. Continue straight to stay on Calle 1 as it becomes Carretera San Juan-Azua. After about 10 kilometers, take the right exit toward San Juan de la Maguana. Follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the area of VRG3+RQG, where you will find the parking area for Salto de Jínova.

To reach Salto de Jínova using public transportation, take a 'carro público' (shared taxi) from the main square in San Juan de la Maguana. Look for a carro público heading toward the San Juan-Azua route. The fare is usually around 50-100 DOP (Dominican Pesos) per person. Inform the driver you want to go to Salto de Jínova or the nearest drop-off point. Once you arrive, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall area.
