Car
From the center of Sierra de Neiba, head southeast on Carretera Neiba-Pedernales (also known as the DR-1 road). Continue for about 25 kilometers until you see signs for Jose del Carmen Ramirez National Park. The park entrance is located at the coordinates 19.0994804, -71.2283441. Be prepared for a bumpy road as you approach the park. Parking is available at the entrance.

Public Transportation
Take a local 'carro publicos' (shared taxi) from the main plaza in Sierra de Neiba towards Pedernales. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Jose del Carmen Ramirez National Park. The ride will cost around 100 DOP. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the designated drop-off point, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the park entrance.

If you are already in Ciénega Abajo, you can walk to the park entrance. Head towards the coordinates 3QXC+QMR, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. Follow the main road until you reach the trailhead for the national park. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path may be uneven.
