If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Santo Domingo. Use the main road, Avenida 27 de Febrero, heading west. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Avenida John F. Kennedy. Turn right onto Avenida John F. Kennedy and continue straight. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Avenida Luperón. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to Mirador del Oeste Park. The park's entrance is located at CXXX+HH9, Santo Domingo. Look for the parking area near the entrance, which is usually free of charge.

To reach Mirador del Oeste Park via public transportation, head to the nearest Metro station in Santo Domingo, such as the Juan Pablo Duarte station. From there, take Line 1 towards Centro de los Héroes. After 3 stops, get off at the station called José Francisco Peña Gómez. Once you exit the station, look for local buses or shared taxis (carros públicos) heading toward the area of Mirador del Oeste. The fare for the bus or shared taxi is typically around 30-50 Dominican Pesos (approximately $0.50-$1.00 USD).
