From the Alcázar de Colón, exit the building and head north on Calle Las Damas. Continue straight until you reach Calle Isabel La Católica. Turn right and walk for about 3 minutes. The cathedral will be on your right.

If you are near the National Palace, walk towards the Plaza de la Cultura. From there, head southeast on Av. Pedro Henríquez Ureña until you reach Av. 27 de Febrero. Turn left and follow it until you reach Calle Isabel La Católica. Turn right, and the cathedral will be a short walk ahead on your left.
