If you are traveling by car within the Sierra de Bahoruco, head southeast on the main road from the town of Neiba. Follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers, and keep an eye out for signs indicating the entrance to the Baoruco Mountain Range area. Parking may be available at designated viewpoints.

To reach the Baoruco Mountain Range via public transportation, start by taking a 'carro publico' (shared taxi) from Neiba towards the direction of the mountains. Inform the driver that you wish to go to the Baoruco Mountain Range. The fare is usually around 100-150 DOP per person. The driver will drop you off at a point where you can either walk or find local guides to take you deeper into the mountain area. Make sure to confirm the return trip with your driver.
