Bus
From the central bus terminal in Ambato, take a bus heading to Baños. Buses leave frequently, usually every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Baños bus terminal, exit the terminal and turn right onto Avenida Principal, heading towards the town center. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 12 de Noviembre. Turn left onto Calle 12 de Noviembre and walk straight for another 5 minutes. The Eco zoológico San Martín will be on your right.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any point in Ambato. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Eco zoológico San Martín in Baños. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey, or ensure the meter is running.

Walking from Baños bus terminal
After arriving at the Baños bus terminal, exit and walk towards the main street (Avenida Principal). Turn right and continue along the avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Calle 12 de Noviembre. Turn left onto Calle 12 de Noviembre and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Eco zoológico San Martín will be on your right side.
