From Cuenca, take Avenida de las Américas (E40) heading east. Continue for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida España. Turn left onto Avenida España and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, turn right onto Calle Larga. Continue on Calle Larga for about 2 kilometers. Ruinas de Todos Santos will be located on your left at Calle Larga 215 in the San Blas neighborhood.
