Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Baños de Agua Santa. Head southwest on Avenida de las Américas towards Calle 16 de Diciembre. Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will come across a sign for Cascada de la Virgen on your left. Turn left onto the dirt road, which leads to the parking area near the waterfall. The entire drive should take approximately 5-10 minutes.
Public Transport
For public transport, you can take a local bus from the Baños central bus station. Look for a bus that is heading to 'Cascada de la Virgen' or simply ask locals for the next bus to the waterfall. Buses typically run every 30 minutes and the fare is around $0.50. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the waterfall, and you’ll need to walk a short path to reach the Cascada de la Virgen.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and are staying in Baños, you can also walk to Cascada de la Virgen. From the central park, head towards Avenida de las Américas and walk southwest for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the sign for the waterfall. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes, offering you the chance to enjoy the scenic views along the way.
