To reach Pearl Shell, start by taking a boat from Santa Cruz Island to Isabela Island, which is the main island in the Galapagos where Pearl Shell is located. You can catch a speedboat from the Itabaca Channel on Santa Cruz Island. The boat ride typically takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Puerto Villamil harbor on Isabela Island, you will disembark and find yourself in the main town area.

From Puerto Villamil harbor, exit the dock area and walk along the main road that leads into town. Continue walking straight for approximately 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Antonio Gil. Turn left onto Avenida Antonio Gil and continue for another 5 minutes. You will see signs for Pearl Shell directing you down a side path. Follow this path for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Pearl Shell, located at the coordinates 22QV+427.
