The Wooden House Lodge is located on Av. Conocarpus, a short distance from the Puerto Villamil town center and the main pier. From the pier, head west along the main road, passing the Iglesia Cristo Salvador. Continue along the road, and you'll find the lodge on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 10-15 minutes. There are no specific costs associated with walking.

Taxis (usually pickup trucks) are readily available at the Puerto Villamil pier. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. A short taxi ride from the pier to The Wooden House Lodge should cost around $1-$2 per person within the town.
