Amazing guide and views

Views were incredible. Louis the guide was the best. He literally held my hand to maneuver difficult terrain. My only criticism was maybe I was not prepared for the long and difficult trek. I think it may require more than a moderate physical level. Make sure you bring comfy shoes you dont care if they get caught in the mud. I went on a very dreary day. The guide was phenomenal and took us to the lava rocks first to let the mist burn off before we saw the crater. I could not be happier with my trek.

All very well organized, since we arrived there were people who guided us in the process and made sure we arrived at our accommodation, the very gentle and trained guides. The hotel and the food were very good quality and helped me with organizing a detail for my family member who was years old. Fully recommended, the agent is a very professional and gentle person, she had a lot of patience explaining everything and clearing my doubts.
