Walking
From Parque Central (the main square in Loja), head south on Calle José Antonio Eguiguren. Continue walking straight until you reach Av. 8 de Diciembre, which is a major road. Turn left onto Av. 8 de Diciembre and walk for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will see the entrance to Loja Zoo on your right side, near the intersection with Calle Manuel Serrano. The zoo is located at the address 2QRM+V4P, Av. 8 de Diciembre, Loja.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Parque Central, you can catch a bus that goes towards the southern part of Loja. Look for buses that display 'Zoológico' or that head towards Av. 8 de Diciembre. After boarding, stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach a stop near Av. 8 de Diciembre. Get off, and the zoo entrance will be a short walk away, located at 2QRM+V4P, Av. 8 de Diciembre.
Taxi
You can easily find a taxi from anywhere in Loja. Simply tell the driver 'Llévame al zoológico, por favor' (Take me to the zoo, please). The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic, and the driver will take you directly to the entrance at 2QRM+V4P, Av. 8 de Diciembre.
