Car
If you are starting from Manta, take the E15 highway heading north. Continue on E15 for about 68 km until you reach the junction for the E28. Take the E28 exit towards Chone. After approximately 33 km, turn onto the E30 highway towards Julcuy. Follow this road for about 25 km, and then you'll see signs for Comuna Agua Blanca. There are no tolls on this route, and parking is usually available near the archaeological site.
Public Transportation
From Manta, head to the main bus terminal and look for buses heading to Chone. The ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Chone, transfer to a local bus that goes towards Julcuy.
