To drive from Mindo Cloud Forest to the Quito Botanical Gardens, start by heading south on the E28 road from Mindo. Continue on E28 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Nanegalito. From there, merge onto the E28A road towards Quito. As you approach Quito, follow the signs to the E35 highway. Take the exit towards Avenida de la Prensa, then turn left onto Avenida de la Prensa. After about 2 kilometers, turn right onto Rumipamba street, and finally turn left into Pasaje #34 where the botanical gardens are located. Ensure you have cash for tolls that may be required along the way, and be aware of potential traffic in Quito.
