Getting There

• Walking

  From the central plaza of Mindo, head east on Calle 9 de Octubre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (E28). Turn left onto the E28 and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to the bus station. Once at the bus station, look for a bus heading to Quito. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival in Quito, follow the signs to the city center and then look for a taxi or a local bus that goes towards Chordeleg E8-236 y. The final destination is a short ride from the center.

• Bus

  Start from the main square in Mindo and head to the bus terminal located nearby. Look for a bus that is headed to Quito. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. The bus ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Quito, you will need to take a taxi to reach Chordeleg E8-236 y. Make sure to show the address to the taxi driver. The taxi ride will typically take around 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

• Combination of Walking and Taxi

  From your accommodation in Mindo, walk to the main road (E28). It should take about 10 minutes. Once you reach the road, flag down a taxi heading to the bus terminal. After a short taxi ride (around 5 minutes), you will arrive at the terminal where you can catch a bus to Quito. After roughly 1.5 to 2 hours on the bus, take a taxi from the bus station in Quito to Chordeleg E8-236 y, which should take about 20 to 30 minutes.
