If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Tena, Napo Region. Take the E20 highway towards Quito. After approximately 2 hours of driving (about 120 km), you'll reach the outskirts of Quito. Follow the signs for Avenida Simón Bolívar and continue until you reach the intersection with Sebastián de Benalcazar Street. Turn left onto Sebastián de Benalcazar Street. Metropolitano La Armenia Park will be on your right. Look for the parking area available near the park entrance.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, from Tena, you can take a bus to Quito. Ensure you get off at the Terminal Terrestre Quitumbe. From there, transfer to the Ecovía bus system which services various routes in Quito. Specifically, take the Ecovía bus to La Armenia station. After getting off at La Armenia station, walk towards Sebastián de Benalcazar Street, where you will see the entrance to Metropolitano La Armenia Park. Make sure to have some change ready for the bus fare, which typically costs around $2-$3 for the trip from Tena to Quito.
