If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Tena, Napo Region. Take the E20 highway towards Quito. After approximately 2 hours of driving (about 120 km), you'll reach the outskirts of Quito. Follow the signs for Avenida Simón Bolívar and continue until you reach the intersection with Sebastián de Benalcazar Street. Turn left onto Sebastián de Benalcazar Street. Metropolitano La Armenia Park will be on your right. Look for the parking area available near the park entrance.
