From the center of Mindo, head towards the main road (Via a la Cascada). Walk along this road until you reach the bus terminal. Here, you can catch a bus heading to Quito. Once you arrive in Quito, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Guapulo district. From there, you can walk towards Guapulo, following signs or asking locals for directions.
