Walking
From the center of Mindo, head towards the main road (Via a la Paz) and look for the sign directing you to the bus terminal. Walk along this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the bus terminal. From there, take a bus heading to Quito. The journey will take around 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Quito, get off at the 'La Ofelia' bus terminal. From the terminal, you can catch a taxi or use a ride-sharing app to get to Parque El Ejido. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from the terminal.
Public Transport
Start from the main square in Mindo and find the bus station. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Quito. When you arrive in Quito, get off at 'La Ofelia' bus terminal. From there, you can take a taxi or a ride-sharing service to Parque El Ejido. The taxi ride should take about 20 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer not to take the bus, you can hire a taxi directly from Mindo to Parque El Ejido in Quito. This option is more expensive, but it offers a direct route. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a price with the driver before starting your journey.
