Starting from the central square of Mindo, head east on Calle 9 de Octubre. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle 10 de Agosto. Turn left onto Calle 10 de Agosto and continue for another 5 minutes. You will see signs pointing towards the bus station (Terminal Terrestre). Walk towards the station. Once you reach the bus station, ask for a bus to Quito, which will take you to Selva Alegre in the Belisario Quevedo area of Quito. Once you arrive in Quito, you may need to walk or take a local taxi to reach Selva Alegre specifically.

From the Mindo central square, walk to the bus terminal, which is located just a short distance away. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Quito. The bus ride takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Quito bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the Selva Alegre area. If taking a taxi, simply give the address (170129 Quito) to the driver. If you prefer to use public transport, ask for directions to the nearest bus stop that goes to Selva Alegre.
