If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Cuenca and head southeast on Avenida 12 de Abril. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Huayna Capac. Turn left onto Avenida Huayna Capac and follow it as it merges into Avenida de las Américas. Stay on this road for about 15 km. When you see signs for Via a Bibin, turn right. Follow the road, and you will find Cuenca Canopy at the end of this route. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Cuenca Canopy by public transportation, take a bus from Cuenca's main bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards Azogues, as many buses travel along this route. You can ask the bus driver to drop you off at the Via a Bibin junction. The fare is approximately $1. Once you get off, walk along Via a Bibin for about 2 kilometers until you reach Cuenca Canopy.
