Market was very large and vibrant with textiles and jewelry. We purchased numerous personal items and gifts. The visit to Cotacachi allowed us to visit numerous leather shops and boutiques. Almost anything in leather you could desire can be found here at affordable prices.

Wonderful Cultural Experience
Daniel is a wonderful guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, and kind. He showed me some beautiful sights and introduced me to some of the sellers at the Otavalo market. We enjoyed a great lunch together and shared many laughs. You cannot go wrong with this tour. Highly recommended. 🙂

Full day of Ecuador culture and bird life
Francesco our guide look after my husband, my teenage son, and I really well at our one-day excursion to Otavalo. He stopped to let us take photos when we wanted. He was full of interesting information about Ecuador, its industry, its culture, its people. He was incredibly friendly and we enjoyed his company. The highlight of the day was the bird sanctuary. Francesco translated the show as it was in Spanish. We enjoyed the stops at the Equator, the Musician's Workshop, and the Biscuit Factory. And we had great fun haggling in the extensive market.
