Eloy Alfaro, which leads you into the city center. 4. Merge onto Av. 10 de Agosto and continue until you reach Av. Chile. 5. Turn right onto Av. Chile, then take a left onto Calle Venezuela. 6. Independence Square will be on your left at the intersection of Calle Venezuela and García Moreno. Parking is available in nearby parking lots, but expect to pay a fee of around $1-2 per hour.
