Start your journey from the central plaza of Otavalo, known as Plaza de los Ponchos. Head southeast on Calle Bolívar towards Calle Sucre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Roca. Turn left on Calle Roca and walk until you see the bus station on your right, known as Terminal Terrestre. Here, take a bus heading towards 'Mojandita' or 'Peguche'. The fare is typically around $0.50 to $1.00. The bus will drop you off at the entrance of Comunidad Mojandita. From there, follow the signs directing you to Waterfall Taxopamba, which is approximately a 30-minute walk uphill. The path is well-marked and will lead you through beautiful landscapes.
