Getting There

  • Car

    From the main entrance of Papallacta Hot Springs, head south on the E28 road. Continue for about 35 kilometers until you reach the city of Quito. As you approach Quito, follow the signs for the Centro Histórico area. Once you are in the historical center, look for Avenida Venezuela, and then turn onto Venezuela street, continue until you reach the intersection with José Joaquín Olmedo. The Antiguo Círculo Militar will be on your left.

    From Papallacta Hot Springs, take a bus heading towards Quito. The bus terminal is located near the main entrance of the hot springs. Once on the bus, inform the driver you are going to the historical center (Centro Histórico). The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the main bus terminal in Quito, transfer to a local bus or taxi and head towards Avenida Venezuela. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection with José Joaquín Olmedo street, where the Antiguo Círculo Militar is located.
