Walking
If you are starting from the main dock area in Puerto Ayora, head east along the waterfront promenade (Malecon) until you reach the intersection with Avenida Baltra. Turn left onto Avenida Baltra and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass a few shops and restaurants on your way. Continue straight until you see a sign for the Charles Darwin Scientific Station on your right, just off Avenida Charles Darwin. The entrance is marked, and you will see the facility ahead.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Puerto Ayora. Start from the main dock and cycle east along the waterfront promenade (Malecon). When you reach Avenida Baltra, turn left and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass various shops and eateries. Look for the sign indicating the Charles Darwin Scientific Station on your right, where you can park your bike at the entrance.
