On Santa Cruz Island, take a public bus from the channel to Puerto Ayora ($5), which will drop you off near the port. From there, walk east along the waterfront and follow the walking directions above.

From Baltra Airport, take the Lobitos bus to the Itabaca Channel ($5). Cross the channel via ferry ($1-$2). On Santa Cruz Island, a taxi from the Itabaca Channel to Puerto Ayora costs $25-$30 and can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Ask the driver to take you to Avenida Charles Darwin.
