Walking
The Rock Galapagos is easily accessible on foot from the main dock area in Puerto Ayora. Head southeast along Avenida Charles Darwin. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle 12 de Febrero. Turn left onto Calle 12 de Febrero and walk for another 200 meters. The Rock Galapagos is on your right at number 593, next to other shops and restaurants. This is a straightforward walk of approximately 5-10 minutes.
Taxi
If arriving from Baltra Airport, take the bus to the Itabaca Channel ($5 per person). Cross the channel via ferry ($1-$2 per person). On Santa Cruz Island, a taxi to Puerto Ayora costs $25-$30 and can accommodate up to four passengers. The Rock Galapagos is located at Calle 12 de Febrero 593. Alternatively, a local taxi within Puerto Ayora has a fixed cost of $1.25. Taxis are typically white pickup trucks.
