From the city center (La Mariscal), take the Ecovía bus (green line) towards 'Chimbacalle'. Get off at the 'El Recreo' station. From there, transfer to bus line 'R1' heading towards 'La Ronda'. From La Carolina Park, walk south on Avenida de los Shyris for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de los Granados. Turn left and continue straight for another 10 minutes until you arrive at Mirador de Otón, located slightly uphill.
