If you are in the Centro Histórico area, head towards the Plaza Grande (the main square). From Plaza Grande, walk south on Calle García Moreno until you reach the intersection with Calle Sucre. Turn left onto Calle Sucre and continue walking until you reach Plaza de las Conceptas, which will be on your right. From the Quitumbre terminal, take a bus towards the Centro Histórico area. Look for buses that stop at Plaza Grande or near it.
