From the main square in Tena, head west on Avenida 15 de Noviembre. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Calle Juan Montalvo. Turn left onto Calle Juan Montalvo and continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach the bus station. Once at the bus station, look for a bus labeled 'Puerto Napo' or 'Cavernas del Toglo.' The fare is usually around $1-2. After approximately a 30-minute bus ride, ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Cavernas del Toglo, which is well-known to locals. The entrance is marked, and from there, you can walk the short distance to the cave entrance.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi from the main square in Tena. Simply approach any motorbike taxi driver and tell them you want to go to 'Cavernas del Toglo.' The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and the fare should be around $5-7. The drivers are familiar with the area and will take you directly to the entrance of the caves.
