Walking
From the central plaza of Tena, head east on Av. 15 de Noviembre. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Av. Amazonas. Turn left onto Av. Amazonas and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Laguna Azul. Follow the signs and keep an eye out for the entrance, which is a short walk from the main road.
Taxi
Find a taxi in the central plaza or flag one down on the street. Tell the driver you want to go to Laguna Azul. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to have some cash on hand to pay for the fare, which should be around $2 to $3.
Public Transport (Bus)
Head to the nearest bus stop on Av. 15 de Noviembre. Look for a bus heading towards the 'Laguna Azul' or 'El Chaco' direction. The fare is usually less than $1. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Laguna Azul. The bus ride should take about 20 minutes. After you get off, follow the signs directing you to the campground, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
