Take the Cairo Metro Line 1 (the red line) and get off at the 'Opera' station. After exiting the station, head towards the main road, which is the 26th of July Street. From there, you can either catch a taxi or walk. If you choose to walk, continue straight on 26th of July Street until you reach the intersection with Mohammed Maraashly Street. Turn left onto Mohammed Maraashly Street and walk about 5 minutes. The church will be on your right at 6 Mohammed Maraashly.
