The story touched by hand. Highly recommended!!
Regarding CorsiniTravel we must report an incident on the booking of the trip. Although we had chosen the package with departure and return to Verona, the morning before departure we found the travel documents leaving from Malpensa and returning to Verona, without any communication until then. After reporting the inconvenience through our online agency Yalla Yalla, they were able to find at least the return flight to Malpensa, but losing the cost related to booking parking in Verona. Even now no one has been able to explain why we were the only two people with the modified flight, out of a total of 24 participants (the same goes for the domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo) For the rest, the agents of Corsini, have always been present, kind and helpful. Special praise to our local guide, Mohamed, who was able to involve, coordinate and entertain us with extreme professionalism and fun. Thanks again Mohamed!! Highly recommended trip.
