Walking
From the center of Damietta, head towards the eastern part of the city. Begin your walk on شارع 6 أكتوبر (October 6 Street) and continue straight until you reach the intersection with شارع الجلاء (Al-Jalaa Street). Turn left onto Al-Jalaa Street and proceed until you reach the waterfront area. As you walk along the waterfront, you will be able to see the river on your left. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach a fishing port area, which is a good landmark. Once you reach the port, look for signs indicating the direction to حاجز الأمواج الغربي لميناء دمياط (Western Breakwater of Damietta Port). Follow the signs, and you will eventually arrive at the breakwater.

Start at the Damietta bus terminal located near the city center. Board a bus heading towards Kafr El Battikh. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at كفر البطيخ (Kafr El Battikh). Once you arrive, exit the bus and ask locals for directions to حاجز الأمواج الغربي لميناء دمياط (Western Breakwater of Damietta Port). It is a short walk from the bus stop; just head towards the waterfront.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city. Begin your ride from the center of Damietta and head towards the eastern waterfront along شارع 6 أكتوبر (October 6 Street). Once you reach the waterfront, cycle along the river until you reach the fishing port area, keeping an eye out for signs pointing towards حاجز الأمواج الغربي لميناء دمياط (Western Breakwater of Damietta Port). The ride should take about 20-25 minutes, and the route is fairly flat and easy to navigate.
