If you are in the downtown area of Damietta, head towards the main street, شارع الجلاء (Shari' Al-Jalaa). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with شارع 6 أكتوبر (Shari' 6 October). Turn right onto شارع 6 أكتوبر. Continue walking straight; you will pass several shops and cafes on your left and right. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach ميدان سرور (Midan Sorour) located at the intersection of شارع 6 أكتوبر and شارع سعد زغلول (Shari' Saad Zaghloul). Look for the large square and the fountains in the center.
