Getting there

Walking

If you are on Sheraton Road, head south towards the Red Sea. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with El-Mahmya Street. Cross the street at the pedestrian crossing. Space Observers Hurghada will be on your right side, a short walk away. There are no costs associated with walking.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Hurghada and can take you to Space Observers. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in Hurghada may not use meters. A short taxi ride within the city center typically costs between 30 to 50 EGP. From Hurghada International Airport to the city center, a taxi usually costs between 100 to 300 EGP. Uber is also available and offers transparent pricing. Base fare starts at 7 EGP, with a rate of around 2.6 EGP per kilometer. InDrive is another local alternative to Uber, where you can bid for your fare among multiple drivers.

Public Transport

Minibuses are a common public transport option in Hurghada. They operate throughout the main areas and can be flagged down on the main roads. The fares are very affordable, usually between 5 to 10 EGP per ride. However, minibuses don't run on specific schedules or fixed timetables. From Dahar-Mamsha return and Dahar to Sekalla, the fare is approximately 0.75 EGP within districts. Going beyond would increase the fare by 1.50 EGP.
