    Getting There

    Car

    If you're driving from Cairo, take the Cairo-Suez Road (Highway 40) towards Suez. Once you reach Suez, follow the signs to the Sinai Peninsula via the Suez Canal Tunnel. After crossing, continue driving on the Sinai Road towards Sharm El Sheikh. The drive will take approximately 6 to 7 hours. Once in Sharm El Sheikh, follow local signs to Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve. The entrance is located approximately 30 km south of Sharm El Sheikh.

    Bus

    From Cairo, you can take a bus to Sharm El Sheikh. Buses leave from Cairo's Turgoman bus terminal. The journey takes around 8 to 10 hours. Once you arrive in Sharm El Sheikh, you can take a taxi or a local shuttle to Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve, which is about 30 km from the city center. Expect to pay around 200 EGP for the taxi.
