From most points in central Port Said, the lighthouse is accessible by foot. Head towards the Corniche along the Suez Canal. Follow the Corniche, keeping the water to your side, until you reach Palestine Street (formerly Sultan Hussein Street). The lighthouse will be visible on your left. The walk is generally easy and offers views of the city and the canal. No costs are involved.

Local microbuses are available throughout Port Said. Look for microbuses heading towards El Sharq district. These microbuses typically operate along major roads such as Sharia Orabi and Sharia ash-Shohada. The fare for a short trip is approximately 0.50 EGP. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Lighthouse on Palestine Street. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance.

Taxis are readily available in Port Said and are easily identified by their blue-and-white color scheme. You can hail a taxi from the street or find one at designated taxi stands.
