Walking
If you are starting from the Port Said City Center, head east on Sa'ad Zaghloul Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 26th of July Street. Turn left onto 26th of July Street and walk towards the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, keep walking along the promenade until you see the signs for Al Arab district. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Al Alamein Street, then turn right. Follow Al Alamein Street until you reach the location at 7882+4P9, which is on your right side. The building should be easily recognizable.

From the Port Said Central Bus Station, take a local bus heading towards Al Arab district. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to 26th of July Street.
