Getting There

  • Walking

    From the city center of Luxor, head towards the Nile Corniche. Walk straight along the Corniche Al Nile, which runs parallel to the river. You will see the Luxor Temple to your left. Continue walking for about 15 minutes, and the Luxor Museum will be on your right, just after the entrance to the Karnak Temple area. Look for signs leading to the museum.

    If you're near the Luxor Temple, exit the temple grounds and turn left onto the Corniche Al Nile. Walk north for approximately 10 minutes along the waterfront. The Luxor Museum will appear on your right, shortly after passing by the sound and light show venue at Karnak.
