If you're in the city center of Luxor, start at Luxor Temple. From Luxor Temple, head north on Corniche El Nile Street until you reach the intersection with Al-Mahdi Street. Turn left onto Al-Mahdi Street and continue walking until you reach the junction with Karnak Temple Street. Turn right onto Karnak Temple Street and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Karnak Temple on your left. Visita Luxor is located just a short walk from Karnak Temple, specifically at PM42+Q27, Karnak, Luxor. Look for the entrance near the Karnak Temple complex.

From the Luxor bus station, take a local minibus that is headed towards Karnak. Buses are frequent and will cost you a small fare. Inform the driver you want to get off at Karnak Temple.
