If you're starting from the Luxor Museum, head east on Corniche El Nile towards the Nile River. Continue walking straight for about 750 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Al-Masry Street. Walk another 600 meters and you will see Luxor Temple on your right, just across from the Nile.

If you're near the Luxor Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto Mohamed Farid Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Corniche El Nile. Turn right and walk south along the river bank for about 500 meters. Luxor Temple will be located on your left side, right across from the river.
