Once you arrive in Luxor, follow the signs to Karnak Temple, which is located about 2.5 kilometers northeast of the city center. Train
Alternatively, you can take a train from Cairo to Luxor. The Egyptian National Railways runs several trains daily, and the journey takes about 10-12 hours. Once you arrive at Luxor train station, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Karnak Temple. The temple is approximately 3 kilometers from the station. Taxi fares will range from 20 to 50 EGP.

If you're already in Luxor, the easiest way to get to Karnak Temple is by taxi. You can easily find taxis around the city. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in; it usually costs between 20 to 50 EGP. The ride from the city center to Karnak takes about 10 minutes.
Walking
If you're staying close to Karnak Temple, you can also walk from the city center. The distance is about 2.5 kilometers, which takes roughly 30 minutes. Follow the main road northeast from Luxor, and you will see signs directing you to the temple.
