Walking

If you're starting from the Port Said Corniche, walk east along the waterfront promenade until you reach Tarh El Bahr Street. Turn right onto Tarh El Bahr Street and continue walking for about 500 meters. The Dolphin Fountain will be on your left, near the waterfront. Walking is free.
Public Transport

Take a local bus or microbus from any central point in Port Said heading towards بور فؤاد (Bour Fouad). Ask the driver to drop you off at Tarh El Bahr Street. From there, walk towards the waterfront (about 300 meters). When you reach the waterfront, the Dolphin Fountain will be directly ahead on your right.
