Getting There

• Walking

  From the central area of La Libertad, head towards the main road, Calle Principal. Walk east until you reach the intersection with Calle 15 de Septiembre. Turn left onto Calle 15 de Septiembre and continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the bus terminal at the edge of La Libertad. Here, you can take a bus or a shared taxi (usually called 'microbús') heading to San Salvador. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off near the 'Paseo General Escalón' or 'Millennium Tower'. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the area, the Millennium Tower is located at P.º Gral. Escalón 3675, and it will be visible as you approach. Walk the final few minutes to the building.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle in La Libertad. Start at the beachfront promenade and head east towards the main road, Calle Principal. Follow the same route as described for walking, riding along Calle 15 de Septiembre until you reach the bus terminal. There, you can either continue biking towards San Salvador or secure your bicycle and take a bus. If you choose to bike, be cautious of traffic, and expect the ride to take about an hour depending on your pace and traffic conditions.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From any point in La Libertad, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Calle Principal. Look for buses heading towards San Salvador. You can ask locals for the right bus, as there are several options. Once you board, tell the driver your destination is 'Paseo General Escalón' or 'Millennium Tower'. The bus will take you directly to the area, and it typically takes about 30-40 minutes. After disembarking, walk a short distance to reach the Millennium Tower at P.º Gral. Escalón 3675.
