From the main square of Suchitoto (Plaza Central), head east on Calle de la Cruz. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Calle San José. Turn right on Calle San José and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will notice a sign pointing towards Lake Suchitlán. Continue walking until you reach the lakefront area where you can enjoy beautiful views and local activities.

If you're near the Centro Arte para la Paz, exit the center and walk south on Avenida 15 de Septiembre. After about 5 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path which will lead you towards the lake. Follow this road as it curves towards Lake Suchitlán. It will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the lake, where you can find local vendors and scenic spots.

From any point in Suchitoto, you can easily find a Tuk-Tuk (local motorcycle taxi). Simply ask the driver to take you to Lake Suchitlán. The ride will typically take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey, which should be around $2 to $3.
