From the center of Mbini, head east on Avenida de la Independencia. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de la Paz. Walk for another 2 kilometers until you see the sign for 'Benito River' on your left. Follow the path leading towards the river, and you will arrive at Benito River.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central market in Mbini. Ride north on Avenida de la Independencia for approximately 1 kilometer. After reaching the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de la Paz. Continue cycling for about 2 kilometers until you spot the sign for 'Benito River.' There should be a designated bike path leading directly to the river, making your journey smooth and enjoyable.
Public Transport (Bus or Minibus)
To reach Benito River using public transport, look for a minibus heading towards 'Río Benito' or 'Rio Mbini' at the main bus station in Mbini. Board the bus, and remain on it for about 15 minutes. The driver will announce when you are near Benito River. Get off at the designated stop and follow the walking path that leads to the river. It’s approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the riverbank.
