From the center of Dekemhare, head south on the main street towards the direction of the Dekemhare Market. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with the Asmara road. Turn left onto the Asmara road. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the entrance to the Tank Graveyard on your right side, marked by a large gate and some military vehicles visible from the road. You should see a sign indicating the Tank Graveyard.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the Dekemhare Market. Ride south along the main street and follow the same route as pedestrians. When you reach the junction with the Asmara road, turn left and keep cycling for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look out for the entrance to the Tank Graveyard on your right, where you will find military vehicles and a sign indicating the site.
